Intellectual Property Governance Project

A collaborative institutional research initiative examining the evolving landscape of intellectual property law through structured legal research. The project brought together research and editorial teams to analyse contemporary developments across patents, trademarks, geographical indications, technology, and innovation policy, culminating in a comprehensive landscape report that reflects NIDAN's commitment to evidence-based legal scholarship.

Alternative Dispute Resolution Landscape Project

An ongoing nationwide research initiative exploring the legal, institutional and policy dimensions of Alternative Dispute Resolution in India. The project seeks to map the contemporary ADR ecosystem through collaborative research on arbitration, mediation, negotiation and emerging dispute resolution frameworks, producing a comprehensive landscape report intended to support academic discourse and policy development.

Research is not only about

interpretation RATHER it is about direction.

NIDAN was founded on the conviction that India's legal discourse needs more than commentary. It needs diagnosis. Our work asks not what the law says, but why institutions fail to deliver what the law promises.
